Hero Julian and his skills Mobile Legends

 The new upcoming hero is Hero Julian. This Xavier Hero belongs to the Fighter group. So what are the skills? the following skills are owned by this Hero:

Julian Hero Skill:

• Passive: Smith's legacy

• After casting two different skills, Julian enhances his third skill. Casting the enhanced skill makes all his  skills go on a 7s cooldown and allows his Basic Attacks within the next 5s to deal 75 (+146)(+22) Magic Damage and pull the target toward him. Julian gains 20% extra Magic lifesteal for 5s each time he hits an enemy hero with his skills (up to 3 stacks).
  
  
• Skill 1: Scythe
  
  Julian hurls a flying scythe in the target direction, dealing 380 (+30) Magic Damage to enemies along the way and slowing them by 30% for 1s. The scythe disappears upon hitting a non-minion enemy.
• Julian throws a strengthened scythe at the target, dealing 380 (+140% total magic power) Magic Damage to enemies along the path and slowing them by 50% for 1 second. when it hits a non-minion opponent or reaches maximum distance. The scythe will continue to fly at a lower speed, dealing 100 (+30% Total Magic Power) magic damage every 0.3 seconds to nearby enemies (up to 9 times)
  
  
• Skill 2: Sword
  Julian summons a flying sword and dashes in the target direction, dealing 300 (+10) Magic Damage to enemies along the way.
• Julian summons a number of Flying Swords and dashes in the specified direction, dealing 102 (+20% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage every 0.1 seconds to enemies along the path (up to 9 times). After a short pause, he will reappear at the far end of the range
  
  
• Skill 3: Chain
  Julian casts chains at the target location, dealing 200 (+11) Magic Damage to enemies hit after a short delay and immobilizing them for 1,2s

• Julian threw the chain to the designated location. Deals 80 (+20% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage every 0.2 seconds to enemies hit and slows them down by 30%. Enemies still in the area at the end of the Skill's duration will be dealt an additional 300 (+100% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and be airborne for 0.8 seconds.
